Ronaldo Receives Special Welcome from Al Nassr After Marriage

Cristiano Ronaldo returned to Al Nassr training for the first time after marrying his longtime partner Georgina Rodriguez and received a warm welcome from his teammates and coaching staff.

Ronaldo married Georgina in a private ceremony in Cascais, Portugal, on August 11. Just two days later, he returned to training with Al Nassr ahead of the new season, where head coach Ange Postecoglou and his teammates arranged a special reception for the club captain.

A video released by Al Nassr shows Postecoglou addressing the players ahead of the new season. The atmosphere then turned celebratory as the team applauded and congratulated Ronaldo on his marriage. The Portuguese superstar smiled and bowed his head while accepting the wishes from his teammates. His new hairstyle also attracted attention.

Ronaldo and Georgina tied the knot after nearly a decade together. Their five children were also present at the private family ceremony, which was kept relatively low-key despite widespread speculation about a lavish wedding.

Now Ronaldo has turned his attention back to football. With the new Saudi Pro League season approaching, he will look to help Al Nassr challenge for the title while also pursuing the much-discussed milestone of scoring 1,000 career goals.
