Prime Minister Tarique Rahman has said that the government must prove its success in the eyes of the people through good performance and effective work.

Speaking at a discussion meeting on Sunday (May 31) afternoon at the Krishibid Institution in Khamarbari, Dhaka, marking the 45th death anniversary of former President Ziaur Rahman, the Prime Minister said that the BNP’s manifesto has now become the people's manifesto and must be implemented by the government as a political administration.

At the event, the Prime Minister stated that a difficult and important period lies ahead. He warned that if time is wasted carelessly, the country and future generations could suffer significant consequences. He also noted that the people of the country have high expectations from the BNP.
