U.S. President Donald Trump has sent a revised ceasefire agreement to Iran with stricter conditions, according to sources cited by The New York Times.
The newspaper reported that President Trump has forwarded a revised version of the proposed peace framework to Iran in an effort to end the conflict. According to a report published on Saturday (May 30), the new draft contains tougher conditions than the previous version.

Citing three officials familiar with the matter, the U.S. newspaper said that Trump amended several sections of the draft agreement. However, the report did not specify the exact nature of those changes.
The report further stated that sensitive issues—such as the future of Iran’s nuclear program—will be addressed in the next round of negotiations. Trump also expressed frustration over delays in receiving Iran’s response to the agreement proposal.
