Hezbollah Launches Rocket and Drone Attacks on Northern Israel

Hezbollah has carried out rocket and drone attacks on several areas in northern Israel, causing damage in the Kiryat Shmona area.

On Saturday (May 30), a report by Al Jazeera, accompanied by video footage, showed the extent of the damage caused by the rocket attacks in Israel. However, the Israeli military said that no casualties were reported.

Although the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) claimed that there were no casualties, correspondents in the area reported that at least 10 rockets were fired from Lebanon toward northern Israel. Air raid sirens were activated across the Western Galilee region, raising concerns about potential casualties.

Meanwhile, the Lebanese armed group Hezbollah claimed that it launched guided missiles and anti-tank missile attacks targeting an Israeli military Merkava tank on the outskirts of the town of Janta in eastern Lebanon.
