Iran's Armed Forces have rejected the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM)'s claim that shipping through the Strait of Hormuz has returned to normal. Tehran insists that the strategically vital waterway remains under restrictions and that no vessel can transit without coordination with the Iranian Navy.
According to Iran's Armed Forces, the Strait of Hormuz remains effectively closed, and all maritime traffic through the passage requires authorization and coordination with Iranian naval forces.

Rejecting CENTCOM's statement, Iran also dismissed the claim that commercial vessels are safely transiting the Strait of Hormuz under the protection of the U.S. military, calling the assertion inaccurate. Source: IRIB (Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting)
