Israeli airstrikes kill 19, including women and children in southern Lebanon

At least 19 people, including women and children, have been killed in Israeli airstrikes in southern Lebanon, the country's health ministry said. Clashes and counterattacks also took place between Hezbollah and Israeli forces.


The BBC reported that 10 of those killed in the Israeli airstrikes were killed in one attack. Israeli forces carried out an airstrike on a house in the southern Lebanese town of Deir Qanun. Three children and three women were among the dead. Several others were injured.
