As of 2:59 am on Friday, 17,694 pilgrims have arrived in Saudi Arabia. They arrived in Saudi Arabia on a total of 43 flights. Of these, 4,564 are under government management and 13,130 are under private management. So far, 72,952 visas have been issued.

The Help Desk reported this information from sources including the airlines, Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh, Bangladesh Hajj Office Dhaka and Saudi Arabia.According to the help desk, out of the 43 flights, Biman Bangladesh Airlines operated 18, Saudi Airlines 13, and Flynas Airlines 12.
This year, 5,200 people will go for the government-managed Hajj and 81,900 will go for the private-managed Hajj.Hajj may be held on June 5 in Saudi Arabia, subject to moon sighting.
