amaat wants CCTV cameras at every polling station

Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami wants CCTV cameras in every polling station to ensure fair elections. For this, the party has sought financial assistance from the European Union.
On Sunday (April 27), the party's Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman met with the European Union Ambassador Michael Miller at the central office of Jamaat in Moghbazar, the capital. The party's Nayeb-e-Ameer Dr. Syed Abdullah Md. Taher told reporters after the meeting.
He said that Jamaat will trust the timeline given by the chief advisor in the next election.
At a press conference, Jamaat's Nayeb Ameer said that he has informed the European Union about sending an inspection team to the country to observe the elections in the next election.Taher said, "We have been in talks with the European Union for a long time. We have said that a large amount of garment products go from Bangladesh to Europe. We will designate a specific area for their garment industry. They will invest more there."
