The ongoing humanitarian crisis in Palestine is not just a regional issue, it is a humanitarian issue. Disregard for human rights and impunity are major threats to any development.
He made these remarks while presenting a keynote speech at the Arthana Conference organized by the Qatar Foundation in Doha, the capital of Qatar, on Tuesday (April 22).He said, "In a world in crisis, war and conflict undermine human rights and destroy economies. Peace and stability are essential for sustainable development. The world should not ignore the humanitarian crisis of the Rohingyas in Bangladesh, starting from Palestine."
The Chief Advisor said that economic access, sustainable development and good governance are crucial for the empowerment of women and youth.
